Fall 2012.

We're a couple weeks away from our Fall menu, but there's no reason not to share the anticipation. What will be your first choice once the leaves start to change?

Roasted Fink's Farm Chicken Breast
fall spice dry rub, sweet pepitas, maple-balsamic reduction

Red Dog's Steak
charles bare meats 11 oz ribeye, rosemary crust, shallot confit, roasted mushroom blend

Thick-Cut Pork Loin
brown sugar-herb brine, midwest bacon, sage-walnut pistou

Cassoulet
flageolet beans, root vegetables, local mushrooms, preserved tomato, garlic breadcrumbs

Prime Burger
port caramelized onions, goat cheese, apple mustard, hand-cut fries


As always, our seafood option changes daily based on our freshest finds, or you can simply tuck into to a generous bowl of our famous soup and a nice big salad.
