Farm to Field - October

Our last Farm to Field Dinner was this past Saturday and the consensus was this this was the best food to date! Slow and low pot roast with shitakes and fresh herbs, chicken confit wrapped in homemade cannelloni, sweet and sour cabbage, buttercup squash strudel - this menu was a serious introduction to our favorite Fall foods!
