What a spread for our second Farm to Field Dinner, celebrating all the bounty that late summer has to offer! And this is how we intended to dine until about 10 minutes before the first course, when this happened:
Luckily, we had forty friendly sets of hands to help move every fork, spoon and salt shaker inside, with one guests remarking, "Well, now we're like family." Which is exactly what we aim for during our events, and every night of the week. Our guests are unlike any others, and while dinner like these keep all our hands on deck for several weeks prior, they remind us why we do this everyday. There are few substitues for inspired food done right, lively conversation and good friends.
